Fruits et légumes biologiques

La préparation de notre potager commence au début du printemps. Quelques mois plus tard, nous cueillons des tomates, des concombres, des courgettes, des salades vertes, des herbes aromatiques comme la coriandre, la sauge, le persil... pour les mettre à table ! Nos hôtes sont libres de les cueillir et de profiter des saveurs de notre terroir !

À partir du mois d'août, nous passons généralement du temps à la cueillette des caroubes et des olives. Une fois les olives cueillies, nous les amenons au pressoir et recevons notre propre huile d'olive.
